Engaging characters, progressive and easy to follow plot and descriptive scenery. Although part of a series this book can be read as a stand alone novel. A Promise to Love by Serena B. Miller- A Highly Enjoyable Book!

Easy to connect with characters, unbeatable and rich scenery and smooth flowing connected plot has no dull parts and will keep you interested and reading. I highly recommend this well written and hard to put down read!

This book contains his and her views separately and also as one voice on how they found each other, their initial thoughts and feelings about the courtship, their hopes and views on marriage and singleness, Christ's love for them and in truth where their importance lied and how their lives ended up evolving. Included are chapters entitled: Tips from Tolstoy, Love Thy Neighbor, Loneliness the Ache, Beach Balls and Sex Talks and many more. This volume also contains many bible passages and interpretations and quotes from familiar personalities.

A truly different kind of singleness/marriage book than what I am used to reading and what started out as being so-so actually became quite good as their story moved along. I feel this book could be helpful for young new Christians or ones that have lost their way as it contains many life lessons learned by the authors. It could be enjoyed by male or female readers as both authors are contributing to the storyline. I did enjoy the bible references and passages but in all honesty even though I thought it progessed to be entertaining for the most part, and as an older married reader, I could not take a piece from this book and apply it to my own life. 3 stars

The Sons of Jude by Brandt Dodson-Enjoyable!

A high action suspenseful police drama that is enjoyable from the beginning. Progressive plot flowed smoothly and kept me reading, character development was high and scenery was descriptive. Felt like I was there amongst the storyline. I look forward to reading the next in the series as this book leaves room for the plot to thicken. Twice Promised by Maggie Brendan- A Fun Read!

The promise of surprise lightens the heart.

A delightful and heartwarming read that will have you sighing ahhh. Romance heads up this story with surprises along the way, highlighting a progressive plot, well formed characters and easy to follow dialogue will capture your heart and keep you reading. This is the 2nd book I have read from the author and can highly recommend this well written book. A fun faith inspiring read that kept me entertained. 4 stars!

In a most critical moment will their joint efforts be enough or will they see danger in the shadows?

Quite a journey that promises fast paced danger from the beginning of the novel and throughout laced with romance and a building plot that will lead into the next book in the series. Pumping action from the start this book will satisfy and delight suspense fans! I do feel however that reading book one would have helped me connect better with the characters. Although this book is second in the series it does not work as a stand alone novel. Dialogue was easy to keep up with and scenery was descriptive. Overall an entertaining read for the time spent! A Perfect Word for Every Occasion by Liz Duckworth- Loved this book!

This useful and keeper volume includes many occasions and instances where the proper condolence written and verbal is needed. Included amongst the chapters are: Words for the Grieving, Words of Encouragement, Words of Truth and Love, Words for Weddings and Engagements and so many more chapters! Also has quite useful sections within the chapters on what not to say to someone, and included are how to make words your own, and contains many quotes and bible passages for reference.

I loved A Perfect Word for Every Occasion, so useful and handy! Finally a book that covers every situation and life change possible. Book flows very easily and can sucessfully be read either at one time or in segments. I wish I had this book when I couldn't find the right words to express when someone I knew was going through a very challenging time. Keep this book in a handy place for reference and always know what to say without struggling for the right words. I highly recommend this very well organized and written book to others. Sinner's Creed by Scott Stapp with David Ritz- Honest

Honest, raw, revealing and spiritual, this book promises hope from the challenges of a difficult childhood. What an encouragement this book is to others! If you are a fan of Creed, or even if you are not as familiar this memoir is guaranteed to grab you as it did me and will keep you hanging on every word. This book may become a tool for reflection and encouragement long after the book is closed and put on the shelf. I was challenged in my faith about his journey and will highly recommend this well written book to others. A faith filled read laced with raw passion in some parts will satisfy even the most descriminate of readers especially those who also enjoy secular novels. Although part of a series this book can be enjoyed as a stand alone novel. Extremely hard to put down I was entertained by this well written read and will recommend it to others.
