A Noble Groom by Jody Hedlund- Fantastic!

Cover Art

Far from Germany soil Annalisa Werner, her husband Hans and daughter Gretchen settle in America. When Hans is found dead it is decided that Annalisa must have a new husband. Her land is of great value to others and there are some who would go to great lengths to obtain it.

Disguised, on a mission and looking for an escape Carl refuses to marry a girl without love.

Uri takes care of that which is entrusted to him and is wary of anything and anyone.

At a time when nobility captures the heart of its readers, bringing with it a story that has many charming elements. Romance, faith, hope, hardship and love come together promising an extremely hard to put down read that captured my attention from the beginning and held it until the end. Twists that were unexpected glazed the progressive storyline, dialogue was easy to follow, characters were well developed and very likeable, I really connected with Carl's character whom was down to earth, and scenery was authentic. I was entertained by this well written and faith challenging book and will recommend A Noble Groom to others! I received a complimentary copy from Bethany House Publishers for my review.
